Refund policy

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Custom orders and special orders are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Please email our customer service at nicole@vikingchainlink.com to request a return authorization number.

  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

  3. Include your return form and proof of purchase inside the package.

  4. Ship your return to the following address:

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at nicole@vikingchainlink.com

    Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
