Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Custom orders and special orders are non-returnable.
Return Process:

Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

Include your return form and proof of purchase inside the package.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at nicole@vikingchainlink.com
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
